Girls continue their winning streak to stay 2nd in League

Today Denham U15s had an away fixture at Crystal Palace. On the back of last weeks League Cup win the girls started the game strongly and continued to dominate throughout the match . The Girls were rewarded early on when Jessica Stickley struck with 2 well taken efforts to give the league cup holders a 2-0 Half time lead.
The girls started the second half as they finished the first and they more than secured the points with a further exhibition of team play and clinical finishing as Kayleigh Currivan helped herself to a fine hat trick. Crystal Palace claimed a late consolation via a 'mix up' on the goal line which goalie Gracie Perkis tried in vain to keep out! Player of the match went to Jessica Stickley. The girls stay in 2nd place and keep up the pressure on 1st placed Wimbledon with 4 games remaining.
