Ladies give best performance of season so far in 6-0 win

Today the Reserves played Larkspur Rovers ladies . Full debuts were given to Under 16s players Zara Butt and Mia Almendros. On 9 minutes the girls won a free kick which Charlotte Parrett took from 25 yards , Kayleigh Currivan got on the end of it and headed the ball past the keeper to put us 1-0 up. 5 minutes later an Ella King corner was received by Gina Lee who headed the ball into the back of the net 2-0. The girls played some really good football and 2 minutes from the end of the half they extended their lead when Charlotte Parrett scored directly from her Free kick from at least 25 yards. Half time 3-0 Denham. At half time they got told to keep the ball safe, the opposition may tire and holes will open up,that’s exactly what happened. The second half the girls went 4-0 up on 63 minutes with a goal from Tate Shacklett. Then debutant Mia scored her debut goal when a great ball was crossed over from Jasmine Hall 5-0. Mia then rounded of a great start to her Senior debut when she scored Denhams 6th and her 2nd of the game 8 minutes from time and the girls ran out 6-0 winners. This is probably the best performance I’ve seen from the Reserves all season they were all superb. Kept the ball well,found the pockets and scored goals. Excellent performance and 2 goals for Mia and a clean sheet for Zara on there debuts for the Seniors. Well done girls
