The U11s played Ware Youth at home for the first game of the season. The girls started very well considering we only started with 6 players. For the first 10-15 minutes we had good opportunities and some good saves. They were battling very hard but unfortunately having to go down to 4 players for a 7 a side game was always going to be tough , however , the girls battled well until the end. Players of the match goes to our new captain Ruby and vice captain Ellie, who was constantly up and down the Pitch playing ever position putting 100% in to every run, challenge and getting back to help the defence.
